The faces behind Nook

Chris

Director | Mortgage Advisor

Chris is a Mortgage Broker and the owner of Nook Mortgages. He has over 15 years worth of experience in the industry, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes which lead him to establish Nook back in 2019. He is also an Evertonian and golf lover! He lives on the Wirral with his wife, three children, Jasper the dog, and three guinea pigs. Thanks to his comprehensive experience, he can give you expert advice on an entire range of mortgage products which is essential to successfully securing your new home!

Ostin

Customer Relationship Manager

Ostin has been with us since 2020 and has over 5 years experience in the mortgage industry, and works closely with lenders, solicitors, vendors and of course, clients! He’s a Liverpool fan, gym lover, and a married Dad of two! He’s currently training to be a mortgage advisor! Thanks to his valuable experience, Ostin can provide you with a personalised and professional mortgage process from start to finish, and will ensure that the process is as seamless as possible. When you’re working with Ostin, you can rest assured that you’re in good hands.

Nook Lancashire Mortgage Adviser

Jen heads up our Lancashire office and has over 20 years worth of experience in the industry. She loves giving people the confidence to make their dreams a reality She’s a Bolton Wanderers fan, has a love for Portugal as it’s where she and her husband got married and is a mum of three! Jen is passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything striving to make all our clients mortgage and insurance dreams a reality. Her main aim is you make you feel confident, educated and valued during your Mortgage and insurance journey’s.

Katy

Nook Cheshire Mortgage Advisor

Katy has over 15 years worth of knowledge and experience in Financial Services. She has a unique insight into the world of mortgages as she has worked across many roles in the industry. Katy spent time with mortgage lenders in underwriting departments, and since passing all the CeMAP exams with flying colours, she worked for independent brokers and estate agencies as a Senior Mortgage & Protection advisor to both new and existing home owners. She’s a certified Breathwork Coach and lives with her husband and daughter in Chester.

Can not recommend Katy,Ostin and the rest of the nook team for all they did for myself and my husband.
