One of Jen’s clients at Nook Mortgages Lancashire found their dream house and wanted help negotiating the price of the property. The house was on the market for £250,000 so Jen helped them to position their offer.

They started at £225,000 due to the work that needed doing on the house and the circumstances of which they were selling, and the vendor came back with a counter offer of £235,000.

The clients were happy with this, but Jen managed to negotiate further to a final figure of £230,000 which means they managed to get an offer accepted of £20,000 less than the asking price.
