Great news to share with our Nook family!
As of today we officially have three lenders who have interest rates below 4%. This is great news, and we hope to see other lenders following suit soon.
We have completed a full review on all the applications we have in currently for our Nook family, and have switched them onto a better product accordingly.
If your current rate is due to expire within 6 months, we highly recommend getting in touch with us now so that we can find you the best mortgage deal, and monitor it until the last minute. If you are an existing client we will contact you when the time comes.
